Thank you volunteers
To All SVdP Members who helped with “Bingo For Friends” – THANK YOU!!!
This was our first bingo event and it has proven to be a great success. We have received great positive response from all the participants and it looks like we will be having this event again next year! The Fund Raising Committee could not have produced this super “Bingo For Friends” fund raiser without all the tireless help of the faithful SVdP members. Whether you helped to set up chairs, sweep floors, cooked or served some wonderful snacks, or registered guests; you answered our call with energy and smiles! We were able to raise over $3000 to help our friends in need. Next year we will make even more!!! God bless all of you for your generous hearts and spirits!

Watch for us on WFAA
Great News – Our SVdP-Frisco conference will be one of the news stories on WFAA, Channel 8’s morning show and their Our Neighbor Segment on Tuesday, April 5. We do not have a specific time, but I’m sure it will be repeated during the morning’s news cast. We were told it would also be on their website under the Neighbor Link. Their web address is www.wfaa.com. You will be able to see how your hard work has helped past clients and truly touched their hearts. We hope this segment will help to inform the area of our organization’s presence and willingness to help those in need.
