Mystic Monk Coffee updates!
The Monks have a new flavored coffee: Amaretto! It’s smooth, with that delectable almond taste that is perfect at any time of the day. For a dessert, you can add a little sugar and whipped cream to make a delightful treat. To order, please visit the Mystic Monk web page using this special URL: http://www.mysticmonkcoffee.com/store/?aid=137
On the subject of flavored coffees; we still have a limited amount of the Pascha Java available. If you haven’t got some already, I suggest you do so now – It won’t be available again until Christmas time. It’s available here.
If you don’t like flavored coffees, our Easter Sunrise Blend is a fantastic breakfast coffee. Expert coffee reviewer Kenneth Davids, awarded it a very good 91 point rating! Here’s some of what he said about it:
”Intense, idiosyncratic, original… Dried date, raisin, dark chocolate, distinct lavender top notes. Deep-toned acidity; heavily syrupy mouthfeel. Smoothes and sweetens a bit in the finish, but retains its weighty, savory richness.” (Kenneth Davids, Coffee Review, April 2012.)
You can see the Easter Sunrise Blend here
Every purchase of Mystic Monk Coffee supports not only the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming, but also, when purchased through the links above or the link on our web page, the Frisco chapter of St Vincent de Paul. So indulge a little and support both the contemplative monks and the poor and needy in the Frisco area.
Irish Cream Coffee just in time for St Patrick’s Day
The weather is starting to warm up in Wyoming where the Carmelite Monks are looking forward to a beautiful spring and continuing to brew their delicious coffee.
For the month of March, they have Irish Cream coffee available! It’s pleasantly strong and smooth with a richness that is simply irresistible. If you order in the next couple of days, you’ll be able to enjoy some on St. Patrick’s day.
Try some in honor of one of the most famous Irish saints!
If you don’t drink flavored coffees, we have the very fine Flores Organic Bajawa Ngura, a fantastic Indonesian coffee that received a high 91 point rating from world-renowned coffee reviewer, Kenneth Davids.

Two New Opportunities to Help SVdP
Ladies, did you know just cleaning out your clothes can help a family in need? Really! After you have gone through your closets, you can turn those discarded clothes – that are just like new – into cash to help St. Vincent de Paul help our friends in need.
Two local businesses, Good Steward Consignment and Re-Style Consignment stores in Frisco will take your gently used clothes and turn them into cash to help SVdP help others. When you bring in your items, just state that you are consigning your clothes for the St. Vincent de Paul Account and the proceeds will come directly to us to help those in need.
Good Steward is located at 6810 Main St., Suite ABC, Frisco,TX 75034, 972-294-5124, web site www.goodsteward.com. This store sells better brands and designer labels.
Re-Style is located at 8700 W. Main St, Suite 160, Frisco, TX 75034, 214-872-3952, web site www.restylefrisco.com.
Check out these web sites for details regarding your clothes consignments. Thank you for considering helping St. Vincent de Paul through these two local businesses.
